Attendance & Registration

Registration for EPSA19 is currently open and will remain available online up to and including the end of the conference (no on-site cash payments). The conference fees are outlined below. Registration is managed by the University of Geneva.

If you are registering as an EPSA member, please confirm or renew your membership by logging in.
Not a member of the EPSA? That's okay, but if you join you can get a discount on conference registration in addition to all our member benefits.
Discounts on membership. The EPSA offers a special discount on membership for all Students and/or Eastern European members.

Conference fees

The conference fee includes attendance and refreshments during the coffee breaks, but no lunch. The Welcome Reception on Wednesday is sponsored. All amounts are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

* The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 12 September at 19:30.

Information for speakers

The EPSA requires all speakers and poster presenters to be fully paid-up EPSA members in order to present at Geneva. Furthermore, we require all confirmed speakers to register by 30 June 2019 to reduce the impact of late cancellation.

The Local Organisers recommend making arrangements early, as Geneva is a popular tourist destination this time of year. They have compiled a list of useful information, including hotels, places to eat, and tourist information, which you can find here.
